Shipments & Delivery Policy
At StylBaubls, we are committed to delivering your orders with utmost care and efficiency. Below are the details of our shipping policies to ensure you have a seamless shopping experience with us.
1. Shipping Time-frame:
Domestic Orders: We aim to dispatch all domestic orders within 2-3 business days after your order has been placed and payment has been confirmed. Delivery typically takes 4-7 business days depending on your location.
2. Shipping Partners:
We partner with reliable and reputable courier services such as Blue Dart, Ekart, Delhivery, DHL, Ecom Express, Xpressbees and India Post to ensure your orders are delivered safely and promptly.
3. Shipping Charges:
– Domestic Shipping: Free shipping is available for all prepaid orders above ₹2500/-. For orders below ₹2500/-, We charge a flat shipping fee of ₹ 60/- per 500 grams of the package to ship anywhere in India. The final weight of the package is calculated as a sum of the weight of individual products. For example, if you want to ship 1 Mug and 2 Phone Cases to the same address, the total weight would be 500 gms + 125 gms + 125 gms = 750 grams and the total shipping would cost ₹120/-. This is just an example for your understanding.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is charged additionally at ₹60/- for an order.
The Cash on Delivery option is not a trial option and payments are mandatory before accepting the order. Any refusal of COD orders will result in the deactivation of the COD option for future orders.
Please Note: Orders that are paid for with cash on delivery (COD) option will not be eligible for free shipping.
PAYMENT MODE
You can pay by Cash on Delivery (COD), Online through Internet banking, Visa, MasterCard, Rupay Debit/Credit cards, UPI, IMPS.
4. Tracking Your Order:
You will be informed once your order is shipped, through email and/or text message. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email along with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your order’s journey in real-time through the courier service’s website.

5. Delivery Terms:
– Delivery times are estimated based on your location and the capabilities of our logistics partners. While we strive to meet these timelines, please note that delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as unforeseen conditions, etc.
– If your order contains multiple items, we may ship them individually to different addresses. However, you will be charged a delivery fee for each item ordered, in accordance with the specified shipping/delivery rates.
– All orders will be delivered to the address provided by the buyer while placing the order in our website.
6. Cash on Delivery (COD):
Domestic COD: Available for orders ranging from ₹1000/- to ₹50,000/-. The availability of COD service depends on the delivery area as per our logistics partner’s coverage.
7. Special Delivery Requests:
If you have any specific delivery requirements, such as time-bound delivery, please leave a comment on your order or email us at [reachus@stylbaubls.com] or contact us here. We will do our best to accommodate your request, although we cannot guarantee such services due to logistical constraints.
8. Shipping Issues:
While we take great care in dispatching your orders, StylBaubls is not liable for any delays, loss, or damage caused by the courier services / delivery partners during transit. If you encounter any issues with your shipment, please contact our Customer Support, and we will assist you in tracking and resolving the issue.
9. Return and Replacement:
Due to the personalized nature of many of our products, returns are generally not accepted. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, please Contact Us within 48 hours of receipt of such delivery, and we will work with you to offer a reasonable resolution in accordance with our returns and refund policy.

10. Order Cancellations:
For any cancellations, we require an email within 2 hours of the order being placed. If the order is processed or shipped out, cancellations will not be accepted. We will be unable to process any refund if an order is cancelled at the doorstep or if there have been 2 failed attempts to deliver the parcel by our delivery partners.
