Refunds, Returns & Replacement Policy
At StylBaubls, we are committed to providing you with products that meet the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship. We understand that there may be occasions when you need to return, exchange, or request a replacement for your purchases. Our Refunds, Returns & Replacement Policy is designed to be transparent and customer-friendly, ensuring you have a hassle-free shopping experience with us.
1. Returns Policy:
Courier Returns (RTO):
Courier Returns occur when the order is undelivered and marked as ‘Returning to Origin’ (RTO). Please find below the potential reasons for the order being marked as RTO.
Reasons for undelivered shipments:
- Customer not contactable;
- Incomplete address;
- Cash on Delivery (COD) amount not ready;
- Future delivery requested by the customer;
- Self-pickup requested by the customer;
- Customer refused delivery or it’s receipt;
- Door/premises/office closed;
- Pin-code not serviceable;
- Any other reasons.
Undelivered Shipments:
– If an order is undelivered due to reasons like incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or non-contactable customer, the shipment will be marked as “Returning to Origin” (RTO).
– We will hold the returned items for 20 days. You may choose to have the order reshipped during this period. After 20 days, unclaimed items may be returned to our depository. Kindly note that you will not be allowed to take any further action on the returned orders after this period.
Please also note that if the pin code becomes unserviceable after the order is placed, Stylbaubls shall not be responsible for the RTO and as a result, no refunds will be processed from our end.
Address Corrections:
If the delivery address provided is incorrect and an address correction is requested, a fee of ₹65 + GST will be charged.
Eligibility for Accepted Returns:
- Physical products must be returned in their original condition—unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.
- Returns must be initiated within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- Personalized or customized items are not eligible for return unless there is a defect or an error in the product.
Return Process:
If you want to raise a return or exchange request for a defective product, you can share the same with us by dropping a mail at [reachus@stylbaubls.com] or our Contact Us page, and Stylbaubls’ support team will look into the matter. If the defect is verified, Stylbaubls will take 100% responsibility for the same and initiate a refund or replacement at no cost, as the customer prefers.
You can follow the guidelines below to raise a Refund/ or Replacement request with Stylbaubls:
- The defect needs to be communicated to Stylbaubls within 48 hours upon the date of delivery.
- Share images or videos of the product in full view with the defect clearly visible.
- Share a clear image of the UID label (Barcode Sticker) attached to the product.
- Share images of the packaging with the shipping label visible.
- Share Unboxing video(s), if the packaging was damaged during delivery, missing items, tampered packaging, etc.
Important! Please Note: We do need the products to be returned back to us.
The common Mandatory requirements are as follows.
- YourPrint’s /Printrove’s (our service partners) six-digit Order ID;
- Image of the UID Label / Barcode Sticker;
- Images with the product in full view;
- Images/videos of the defect;
- Unboxing video, if the packaging or product is damaged during delivery.

– To initiate a return, please contact us at [reachus@stylbaubls.com] with your order number and a detailed description of the issue, along with photos and video(s), as applicable.
– Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
– Items sent back on customer’s discretion without prior approval, will not be accepted.
Return Shipping:
– For defective, damaged, or incorrect products, we will cover the return shipping costs.
– For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
2. Refunds Policy:
Refund Eligibility:
– After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
– Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and will be credited to your original payment method or account wallet of Stylbaubls.
Exceptions:
– Sale items, gift cards, and certain Customized products are non-refundable.
Refund Processing Delays:
- If you haven’t received a refund within 10 business days, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

– Please note: Bank processing times may vary.
Refunds for Returned Orders:
– Refunds for returned orders will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit / wallet, depending on the circumstances.

3. Replacement Policy:
Eligibility for Replacements:
– Replacements are available for items that are defective, damaged, incorrect or misprinted.
– Personalized items can only be replaced if there is a quality issue or an error, damage or defect on our part.
– Replacement requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the product.
Replacement Process:
– To request a replacement, please Contact Us at [reachus@stylbaubls.com] with your order details and photos of the issue.
– In case you discover a fault with the product, share image(s), video(s), other media of the product showing the fault right away. Further image(s), video(s), other media may be requested from the customer as required.
– In order to raise a replacement request, send us pictures of the broken, defective or damaged product(s) along with the original packaging in which the product was received by the customer, showing the shipping label and the customer details on it clearly for verification.
– If your replacement requisition is approved, we will ship the replacement product at no additional cost.
Special Conditions:
– If the product is unavailable, we may offer you the option to select a different product of equal value or issue a refund.
Rejection by Customer:
We do not entertain any such return or rejection request by customers. We do not refund for any modification in order for size or colour, and hence such modifications are to be received at customer’s expense and discretion. A new order needs to be placed for an updated modification if you choose to replace or exchange your purchased item.
4. Cancellations:
Order Cancellations:
– Orders can be cancelled if the cancellation is requested before customization or shipping has begun. To request a cancellation of an order, please Contact Us with your Order details.
– Cancellation must be initiated within 60 minutes after placing the order on our website, provided customization or shipping has not started.
– Once customization or shipping has started, cancellations will not be possible.
Cancellation by StylBaubls:
– We reserve the right to cancel orders due to inventory issues, pricing errors, or other concerns. If we cancel your order, full refunds will be issued for such cancellations.
5. Exchange Policy
No Direct Exchanges:
– Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please retain the original item purchased, and place a new Order for the preferred product.
