What happens if my package isnβt delivered?

Undelivered Shipments:
- If an order is undelivered due to reasons like incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or non-contactable customer, the shipment will be marked as "Returning to Origin" (RTO).
- We will hold the returned items for 20 days. You may choose to have the order reshipped during this period. After 20 days, unclaimed items may be returned to our depository. Kindly note that you will not be allowed to take any action on the returned orders after this period.
Please also note that if the pin code becomes unserviceable after the order is placed, Stylbaubls shall not be responsible for the RTO and as a result, no refunds will be processed from our end.Β

If the product is defective, StylBaubls will take full responsibility and initiate a replacement.
How to measure an apparel product?
You will need:

Step 1: Lay down the product on a flat, hard surface and smooth out any wrinkles you might see.
Step 2: Place the inch tape flat fromΒ armpit to armpitΒ to measure the chest and note the measurement. You can also refer to the image below.
Step 3:Β Now, place the inch tape at theΒ highest pointΒ of the shoulder till theΒ end of the hemΒ to measure the length and note the measurement. You can refer to the image below.
Step 4:Β CompareΒ the measurements with the size guide provided by StylBaubls Β here.
The sizes can varyΒ +/- 0.5 inches.
If the measurements match the size guide, you can rest assured that the product size isΒ accurate. However, if it does not, you can raise a quality issue according to our Returns and Replacement Policies mentioned hereΒ by taking the following steps.Β
